2. Services Offered
We provide the following professional cleaning services in Dublin and surrounding areas:
- Carpet Cleaning (residential and commercial)
- Area Rug Cleaning
- Upholstery Cleaning (sofas, chairs, cushions)
All services are performed on-site at your location. We do not offer pick-up or delivery services.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments
All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance. We operate Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Holiday appointments may be available with advance notice.
Quotes
We provide free, no-obligation quotes based on the information you provide about your carpets, rugs, or furniture. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition or size differs significantly from what was described during booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Access and Preparation
Property Access
Someone must be available to provide access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If you cannot be present, please arrange for a responsible person to grant access.
Preparation
Please remove small items, clutter, and fragile objects from the areas to be cleaned. We can move light furniture as needed, but we cannot move heavy items (over 25kg) such as beds, large cabinets, or entertainment centers.
Pets
For the safety of your pets and our team, please secure dogs and other pets in a separate room or area during the cleaning service.
Extreme Conditions
We reserve the right to decline service or adjust pricing if the carpets, rugs, or furniture are in significantly worse condition than described at booking, or if excessive clutter prevents safe and effective cleaning.
5. Service Standards and Satisfaction Guarantee
Quality Commitment
We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning results. If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completed work. We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge, typically within 24-48 hours.
Limitations
While we use professional techniques and equipment, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, particularly those caused by:
- Permanent dyes or bleach damage
- Pet urine that has penetrated deep into padding or subfloors
- Burns or physical damage to fibers
- Old or set-in stains that have been untreated for extended periods
We will always assess stains before cleaning and inform you of any concerns.
No Refunds Without Re-Clean Opportunity
We do not offer refunds unless we have been given the opportunity to address any issues through re-cleaning.
6. Damage and Insurance
Our Responsibility
We handle your property with care and are fully insured. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during our service, we will either repair the item or provide fair compensation based on the item’s current value.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damage, delicate items, or special care requirements before we begin cleaning. We are not liable for damage to items that were already damaged or that require special handling that was not disclosed to us.
Reporting Damage
Any claims for damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Payment
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept cash, bank transfers, and all major credit and debit cards.
Pricing
All prices quoted are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Prices are based on the information provided at booking and may be adjusted if the actual job differs significantly from what was described.
8. Liability Limitations
Deep Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to carpets, rugs, or upholstery
- Color bleeding or shrinkage in items that are not colorfast or were improperly manufactured
- Damage to items that were not disclosed as delicate or requiring special care
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, traffic, emergencies)
- Loss or damage to items not directly involved in the cleaning service
9. Complaints and Disputes
If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us within 48 hours. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. We will investigate all complaints and work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include re-cleaning the affected areas.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and store your personal information (name, address, contact details, payment information) solely for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law. Your data is stored securely and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website with the date of last update clearly displayed. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
